超聲波清洗機所用溶劑中的分類及特點

超聲波清洗機清洗所用機清洗劑的分類方法也很多,我們通常分成非水系、水系、半水系超聲波清洗機清洗劑三大類。

衡量溶劑的主要指標有KB值 (貝殼松脂丁醇值),AP(苯胺點)、 SP溶解參數)、表面張力、密度、粘度,沸點、閃點、暴露濃度等參數。

KB值很高,也就是溶解力很強的溶劑,不一定是好的超聲波清洗機清洗劑。一個好的精密工業超聲波清洗機清洗劑必須具備以下條件:
A solvent with a high KB value, that is, a solvent with strong solubility, may not be a good ultrasonic cleaner. A good cleaning agent for precision industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine must meet the following conditions:
①化學性能穩定、不易與被超聲波清洗機清洗物發生反應;

2、水系

水是重要的超聲波清洗機清洗劑,有著其它任何超聲波清洗機清洗劑無法替代的作用和地位。水有很強的溶解力和分散力,但是水的表面張力大。在使用中需要添加表面活性劑,以減小表面張力,增加表面濕潤性。

半水系超聲波清洗機清洗劑也叫準水系超聲波清洗機清洗劑,是由高沸點溶劑及活性劑等組成,如醇類、乙二醇酯、有機烴類、N—甲基吡咯烷酮等。通常含有5%一20%的水分,一般不易燃燒。但加溫超聲波清洗機清洗時,水含量控制不當,可能產生燃燒現象。
